Returns & Refunds

Overview 

At Clarke's Safety Mirrors, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you have any concerns with your order or wish to discuss a return, please contact us before returning any goods. Our team will be happy to assist and explain the options available to you, subject to the conditions below.

Requesting a Return

Please do not return any goods without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns may be refused.

Standard Products

Standard products may be eligible for return, subject to approval and the conditions outlined below.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Clarke's Safety Mirrors Ltd

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned goods must:

  • Be a standard product and size. Bespoke, made-to-measure, customised or non-standard products are generally not eligible for return.
  • Any protective film, masking, coating, or covering supplied with the product must remain in place and must not have been removed, altered, or damaged.
  • Be in a resalable condition.
  • Be complete and free from damage.
  • Be returned in their original packaging if Clarke's Safety Mirrors is arranging collection.

Return requests should be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

If the original packaging is no longer available, the customer will be responsible for arranging suitable packaging and return transport.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of goods that are damaged, used, installed, or otherwise unsuitable for resale.

Collection & Return Costs

Unless goods are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Where we arrange a collection, charges will vary depending on:

  • Delivery location.
  • Product type.
  • Product size and weight.
  • Delivery method (parcel, kerbside pallet, or dedicated pallet service).

A quotation for any collection charges will be provided before collection is arranged.

Refunds

Clarke's Safety Mirrors Ltd reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee to returned goods. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount and will be determined based on the nature, condition, and value of the returned items.

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will be based on the original purchase price, less any applicable delivery, collection, restocking, or other reasonable return-related costs.

Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Products

Many of our products are manufactured to customer specifications. As a result, we are generally unable to accept returns of made-to-measure, bespoke, customised, or non-standard products.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
